Hier nun die zwei Broschüren, die dazu erstellt wurden und die die Projekte vorstellen. Diese Broschüren gibt es aus unbekannten Gründen nur auf Englisch. Nicht alle Projekte sind Problematisch, denn es handelt sich hier auch um Projekte zu Biotechnologische Waffen, Strahlungserkennung oder andere Sicherheitsthemen.Uns soll es hier ber nur um die Programme gehen, die eine Permanentverfolgung, Dauerüberwachung, Bewegungsprofilerstellung, Netzwerkanalysen, Körpervermessung (Biometrie), Verhaltensbewertung, Precventi e Aufzeichnung und verfolgung, und einige weitere Themen, bei denen es nach den Ergebnissen zum Etablieren von Systemen kommen kann, die zur Anwendung an ALLE Menschen angewendet werden sollen. Die Unschuldsvermutung und die zwuingende Kriminalisierung aller Bürger ist so Problematisch, dass eine genuere Auseinandersetzung sich nicht vermeiden lässt. Diese Untersuchung soll dazu dienen, mögliche rechtliche Konsequenzen einfacher prüfen zu können und dafür einen Überblick bieten.
Erste Projektphase: Mai 2009 , die ersten Forschungen. Manche kaufen bereits nach 2 jahren aus, manche erst nach 3 Jahren, nicht alle Projekte laufen bis zum Jahr 2013.:

Zweite Projektphase: September 2010, hier sind folgeprojekte hinzugekommen. Optisch ist die Broschüre verändert worden, und inhaltlich durch die neuen Projekte ergänzt worden.:

Dritte Projektphase: In dieser Pohase wurden alle abgeschlossene und noch laufenden Projekte neu geordnet, und wieder neue hinzugefügt. Die Broschüre (Katalog) ist diesmal in mehrere Themenbereiche Unterteilt. Die Unterteilung zeigt bereits erste große Fehler, indem unklar verbleibt, ob zum Beisppiel wie bei ADABTS die "Stadt vor den Menschen" beschützt werden muss oder nicht, denn dieses Projekt wurde eingeordnet im e-Bereich. Wir staunten nicht schlecht!!!

Überprüfung der Projekte
Zu den Projekten wird eine
Bewertung gemacht, die wir anfertigen lassen. Diese wird sich an den
Gefährdung von Freiheit, Aussetzung der Unschuldsvermutung, Permanente
Verfolgung und einige weitere Elemente von denen alle Bürger betroffen
wären orientieren. Die einzelnen Elemente werden woanders erläutert. Die
Rot- gekennzeichneten Projekte sind sehr problematisch. Orange-Gekennzeichnetten können problematisch werden. Die Lila-markierten brauchen länger zur überprüfung. Die Grün-Markierten sehehn wir als wichtig und weniger Problematisch. Die noch in Schwarz markierten Projekte sind noch nicht überprüft worden.
